Foreign-Language Rights for Commercial Publication:

If you are interested in translating one of our works with the aim of publishing it commercially, we will need to make appropriate arrangements with a local publishing company that is interested in publishing it. Please provide the name of the publishing company that you have discussed the project with in the request form.

Translation for research purposes:

If you are interested in translating part or all of a work for a research study, please note that permission will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Our company must retain all rights in the translation.
  • You must send us an electronic version of the translation.
  • The translation may only be used for research purposes, with no commercial exploitation.
  • In the case of psychometric tests, the data resulting from the study must be made available to us.
  • A Nondisclosure Agreement must be signed (for a sample: Nondisclosure agreement)
