Customers in Switzerland are recommended to place their order with our office there (www.hogrefe.ch). For customers in Massachusetts, Sales Tax at 6.25% will be applied. For EU customers prices include VAT (where applicable). Domestic orders in the USA and export orders to Canada, South and Latin America will be shipped by UPS ground or an equivalent service from our US Customer Service Center. UK orders will ship with standard post from our UK distribution service. Other book and test orders will ship standard book rate from our European Customer Service Center. If a different shipping service is desired, please note this in the comments field. Shipping charges will be applied accordingly.
