Senior UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

• You work across the entire UX/UI design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual design
• You collaborate closely with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, engaging user interfaces
• You create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback
• You mentor junior designers and support them as we continue to grow our team
• You foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• You maintain and evolve design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products
• You keep track of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and actively integrate them into our processes
• You act as an internal UX ambassador, promoting user-centered thinking throughout the company
• You proactively engage stakeholders to strengthen UX awareness and ensure alignment.
• You actively shape, strengthen, and further develop the overarching UX culture within the organization
• You plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and analyses to understand user behavior and needs, incorporating insights into design decisions

• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or a related field
• and/or at least 5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role
• – supported by a current portfolio
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable software
• – we primarily use Figma
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
