Our E-Assessment department develops the Hogrefe Test System (HTS), a web platform for comprehensive psychological online assessments. At Hogrefe, we develop products that help to change lives, for example by identifying learning disabilities and mental health problems, or by selecting people for jobs they feel comfortable in. This is what our highly specialized tech teams, made up of digital experts from various disciplines, are working on.
Our E-Assessment tech team consists of over 40 people, including qualified Software Engineers, Psychologists, support staff, Software Testers, UX/UI designers, as well as Scrum Masters and several Product Owner, who develop, learn and progress together. Each employee does so in their own way, with their own interests, their own personality, and their own approach. There are many ways to reach your goal. Together, we are making Hogrefe successful.
