At Hogrefe Digital Solutions, we develop the Hogrefe Test System (HTS), a web platform for comprehensive psychological online assessments. At Hogrefe, we create products that help change lives—for example, by identifying learning difficulties and mental health issues or by selecting people for professions in which they will thrive. Our work is driven by highly specialized tech teams made up of digital experts from various disciplines.
We are part of the Hogrefe Publishing Group, originally operating as a software development department and, since 2023, as a newly established subsidiary – Hogrefe Digital Solutions GmbH.
Our product
The Hogrefe Test System (HTS) is used to carry out and evaluate psychological test procedures. The product, which is distributed worldwide in 24 languages with over 625 different test procedures, is constantly being further developed and individual solutions are developed for customers.
We are a stable and people-oriented company. Our current software product has a proven product-market-fit and it provides a steady revenue stream.
Our team
Our tech team consists of over 60 people and includes qualified software engineers, psychologists, support specialists, software testers, UX/UI designers, and product managers – all working together to develop, learn, and grow. Each individual brings their own interests, personality, and unique approach to the table. There are many ways to reach a goal. Together, we make Hogrefe successful.
As the Hogrefe Publishing Group, we are a global organization. With more than 650 employees, we have branches in 18 different countries. Our tech teams are located in Boston, Helsinki, Madrid, and Göttingen.
