How long will delivery take?

UK and EU
Shipping with DHL Parcel International service generally takes 4-6 days.

Rest of the world
Delivery times in the rest of the world vary considerably. Due to the current global shipping delays, those outside of Western Europe may want to consider purchasing an eBook. The eBook will be sent within minutes, is not subject to said shipping delays, and in most cases, if you order directly on the Hogrefe website, you will receive both a reflowable ePub and a PDF book.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we do accept purchase orders. Since prepayment is required, we will issue a proforma invoice and send it to you. After your payment has been received, the ordered item can be shipped.

What happens if I place a Series Standing Order?

When you place a Series Standing Order of the Advances in Psychotherapy book series, it normally will start with the currently available latest volume in the series. After a minimum of at least 4 successive volumes you may cancel the Standing Order at any time. However, you also have the option of starting your Series Standing Order with an earlier volume in the series. Click here to see all volumes at a glance.

The Standing Order price is € 19.95  + shipping and handling – saving 20% compared to the single-volume price of € 24.95 + shipping and handling.

In addition, when you place a Series Standing Order you are also entitled to the same reduced price for any individual volume in the backlist – independent of the starting volume for your Series Standing Order.

Do I need to create an account?

This depends on what products you order. Establishing an account will enable you to track recent orders, view your order history, and keep your basic account information up-to-date.

• You can purchase print books from our website either with or without registering an account.
• To purchase an eBook you need to create an account, as the download link will appear in the “My eBooks” area of your account.
• To purchase any of our assessments you also need to create an account, as tests may only be sold to qualified users.  
• When you order a CHPD Online subscription, you will be sent instructions on how to create a separate login and account within the CHPD portal.

Do you accept payment by credit card?

Yes, we accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

How can I change the personal data in my customer account?

In your account you can change your delivery and invoice addresses or change your password. Next to the overview of all current online orders (from 03/2016 from the new webshop) you can also process your shopping list.

How do I use the shopping list?

If you are interested in a product from our online shop and you want to note it for a later visit, then you can save it to your shopping list by clicking on the heart symbol. When you next visit, you can simply login to your customer account and call up the article again or place it directly into the shopping basket.

I have forgotten my password

When you have already registered to the online shop, but you have forgotten your login, you can request a new password. The password will be sent to your email address that you used for your registration.
