Bringing a new product to the market means bringing it closer to our customer before it goes to sale. In the Research & Development Department we not only develop our products, but we also test them, and together with our marketing colleagues, we try to find ways to engage our customers as soon as possible in the process. The exchange between the R&D and marketing colleagues is therefore of great importance.

The video below captures a moment where a member of the R&D team explains one task of the IDS-2 assessment in order to show the importance of play as a tool to help us understand people and helps the audience connect with the product before it goes to market. The work at Hogrefe is about a love for detail, serious scientific accuracy, authenticity and fun.
