At Hogrefe, we have a wide range of tests available to support personnel selection. The new “Testfinder” is a great tool for pre-selecting assessments from our extensive range and is a great starting point for finding the right fit.
As a consulting department, it is important for us to provide our customers with the best possible support and to work with them to develop tailor-made solutions to aid their personnel selection and development. Hogrefe-published assessments are the focus of our work and many of our clients would like to find out more about Hogrefe's HR tests before they meet us for an in-depth consultation. As it can be difficult to choose the right test from the many we have available, we have developed the "Testfinder" for our customers. This tool allows anyone to get an initial overview and select potentially suitable tests. ‘Question’, ‘target group’ and ‘test category’ – these are the three categories that can be used to filter and find the right test among more than 80 HR assessments we have in our portfolio.
With a background in business psychology and our practical expertise, our consultants are, of course, also available to provide individual advice to our clients at every step. It is our goal to develop tailor-made solutions to support the individual HR processes of our clients.
