Aims and Scope
The German Journal for Work and Organizational Psychology (ZAO) presents high-quality and innovative research on topics in the area of work, organizational, and business psychology, and reports on current trends in the development of methods and instruments in the field of aptitude testing/organizational diagnostics as well as work analysis. The journal promotes scientific collaboration and exchange and provides interesting design and intervention concepts. It is an important source of information for psychologists working in companies, administration, and in associations, for specialists in the field of work and health and personnel and organizational development, as well as for managers, offering a wide range of potential solutions for their specific needs. The journal´s editors adhere to, and expect authors to adhere to, the Commitee on Publication Ethics (COPE) standards (http://publicationetics.org). The German Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (ISSN 0932-4089) has been published quarterly since 1956. ZAO has been publishing articles in English since 2013.
