A powerful pair: illustrating leadership potential with the NEO Primary Colours

The model identifies clear, intersecting links uniting personality, leadership behaviour, employee engagement and performance, and is suitable for managers and leaders at all levels and in all organisations.

The Primary Colours Model provides a framework to examine leadership compatibility and provides an organisation with common language for individual and organisational development processes. The Leadership Report provides clarity around which aspects of leadership should be actively developed, and which areas are unlikely to become strengths regardless of development.
