There are a variety of training options for Griffiths III – for users of the previous Griffiths Scales and for those who have not used the Griffiths Scales before. All courses are listed on and booked through the courses section of the ARICD website. Should you have any queries about the various options or how to book, ARICD can be contacted via email.
Number of delegates: 5 - 15 peopleLooking to become a registered Griffiths III user? Please see this summary page on the ARICD website for information on eligibility for training, the training options available to you and how to get started.
The New user training consists of 2 parts:
• Griffiths III Video Training Course
• Griffiths III Practical Training Course
New users should complete both the Griffiths III Video Training Course and the Griffiths III Practical Training Course to become a registered Griffiths III user.
To take part in the face-to-face training you will need to register for one of the listed dates, and you can browse the latest dates here.
Registered users of the previous Griffiths Scales need only undergo a free conversion course via an online e-learning package. The course takes roughly 3-6 hours to complete and you’ll need to please email to request access. If you are trained in the previous editions but are unsure whether you are a registered user, you are welcome to check this by emailing us. The conversion course includes a short knowledge test. Upon passing the test, users will be qualified to administer Griffiths III.
If you are already a registered user of the previous Griffiths version, you can become a registered Griffiths III user by completing the Griffiths III Video Training Course. It is not compulsory for former GMDS-ER users to also complete the Practical training but those who wish to do so can elect to book on a Griffiths III Practical Training Course. Browse the latest dates here.
Whatever your chosen route, all those converting to Griffiths III will require the complete Griffiths III kit - there is no 'upgrade kit' as so many test items have been updated.
