Course content

The course will be held online from 9.30 - 17.30 UK London time and will include:

  • Welcome and introduction to the course
  • Introduction to the LJI and its underlying approach to the assessment of leadership judgement
  • How to interpret assessment findings
  • How to use the LJI to best effect at the levels of individual, team and organisation
  • The development of the LJI and its technical properties
  • How to develop leadership judgement at the levels of individual, team and organisation
  • Feedback practice
  • Case studies
  • Accreditation and advice for ongoing CPD
  • Short introduction to testing using the Hogrefe Testsystem

What are the prerequisites?

All delegates must be trained in Test User, Occupational: Ability and Test User, Occupational: Personality (formerly Level A/B, and also available from Hogrefe) in order to attend the LJI-2 training course.

Course tutor

Ken Rowley

Freelance Chartered Occupational Psychologist and accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Has extensive experience of working with individuals at all levels from employee to senior management and director positions, with a variety of global organisations and industries, including financial services, public sector, charities and professional services.

Wide ranging experience in the use of various psychometrics, in areas including individual and team development to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves and others focused on various applications such as communication, conflict, change, decision-making, managing stress and leadership development. Also experienced in the use of psychometrics in selection and recruitment alongside other assessment methods. An acknowledged expert in these tools through delivery of certification programmes for the relevant distributor.
