Course content

Objectives of the course:

  • Gain knowledge of NEO’s 30 facets and 5 domains
  • Interpret facet combinations
  • Become familiar with NEO profiles
  • Understand how to feedback NEO profiles

The course will enable delegates to:

  • Interpret and feedback personality profiles
  • Gain eligibility to be assessed (at an additional charge) for BPS TUOP Intermediate Plus Certificate as long as the personality measure used for the Intermediate qualification is substantially different from the NEO-PI-3 UK Edition (please visit the BPS website for more information).

This course will take place over two consecutive 1/2 day training sessions and participants will need to spend an hour between the two sessions, (after day 1) in their own time to prepare for the feedback assessment session the following day. The delegates will conduct the feedback to each other. Upon completion of the second day delegates will be accredited with a NEO certificate.

*Please note that bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of payment / purchase order. These will be virtual courses conducted online via Zoom. As with any third party application, we urge delegates to become familiar with the platform and ensure they agree with any terms and conditions before signing onto the course. Note too that extra shipping costs (manual and guide to interpretation) may apply for delegates outside the UK.

The course runs from 13:00 - 16:30 UK London time on each of the two consecutive days.
