- Become familiar with NEO profiles
- Understand how to feedback NEO profiles
On Hogrefe’s NEO-PI-3 (UK Edition) training course, delegates learn through tutorials, group exercises, case studies and practical feedback sessions, how to use the measure with confidence.
Suitable for those with a Test User Occupational: Personality (TUOP) qualification. A master’s degree in psychology that includes training in personality assessments and/or psychometrics could also be acceptable - please contact us to discuss.

The NEO-PI-3 (UK Edition) Manual and the NEO-PI-3 (UK Edition) Guide to Interpretation will be provided as part of the course and will be shipped out to each delegate via courier.
This course will take place over two consecutive 1/2 day training sessions and participants will need to spend an hour between the two sessions, (after day 1) in their own time to prepare for the feedback assessment session the following day. The delegates will conduct the feedback to each other. Upon completion of the second day delegates will be accredited with a NEO certificate.

The course runs from 13:00 - 16:30 UK London time on each of the two consecutive days.

Wide ranging experience in the use of various psychometrics, in areas including individual and team development to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves and others focused on various applications such as communication, conflict, change, decision-making, managing stress and leadership development. Also experienced in the use of psychometrics in selection and recruitment alongside other assessment methods. An acknowledged expert in these tools through delivery of certification programmes for the relevant distributor.
