Hogrefe Publishing’s psychometric tests and assessment tools may only be supplied to practitioners who have the appropriate qualifications for their use. All tests are assigned a qualification level of either A, B, C, or H (with H being the highest qualification level). When you order test materials for the first time via our web shop you need to provide documentation indicating that you are qualified and/or certified to purchase and use the test. Visit our Qualification Levels page for more details.

USA
Default shipping 3 days for books and tests, 2-3 weeks to Alaska and Hawaii.

Canada
Default shipping 6-10 days for books and tests.

South and Central America
The delivery times for South and Central America vary from 6 days upwards.

Yes, we do accept purchase orders. Please submit POs via email. 

Hogrefe authors and editors are entitled to a discount on Hogrefe books. Simply log in to your customer account and sign up for the discount.

APA Division 12 members are eligible for a $5 discount for titles in the Advances in Psychotherapy book series. To obtain the membership discount, create an account and sign up for the discount using your APA member number.

Establishing an account will enable you to track recent orders, view your order history, and keep your basic account information up-to-date. An account is required to order any assessments or digital products.

• You are not required to create an account on our website to purchase print books from our website.
• You must create an account to purchase an eBook, as you will access the eBook through the “My eBooks” section of your account.
• You must create an account to purchase any of our assessments, as tests may only be sold to qualified users.
• You are not required to create an account to order a CHPD Online subscription, as you will receive instructions on how to create a separate login and account on the CHPD portal.

Yes, we accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Please note that our books are available from bookstores and wholesalers in Canada, including Login Brothers and Caversham Booksellers, as well as from our US facilities. Periodicals and psychometric tests should be ordered from our US facilities.
