Three Ways to Join our National Data Collection Efforts

Hogrefe Publishing Corporation is actively recruiting field examiners throughout the United States to collect standardization data for our clinical and educational assessments. Examiners recruit and test qualified participants and submit the data to Hogrefe Publishing for inclusion in our pilot studies, norming samples, and validity studies prior to test publication. As an examiner, you will receive training and support from Hogrefe staff in test administration and scoring according to each test’s specifications. In addition, you will be given guidance on how to identify qualified test candidates in your community. Positions are compensated and flexible. 

Hogrefe Publishing is committed to developing educational and psychological tests to help improve access to academic and mental health services across the country. We need the help of community organizations like yours to find qualified people of all ages to take our tests that are currently in development. 

We are offering partnership opportunities to schools, sports clubs, places of worship, and community and youth organizations, etc., to help us ensure our tests are accurate and reflect the diverse needs of our country. We will provide qualified examiners and testing materials. As a partner organization, you will provide ongoing outreach to your membership to raise awareness of testing opportunities. For example, organizations can generate interest by posting Hogrefe outreach materials on social media platforms or discussing upcoming opportunities at community meetings. Your organization will receive compensation for each person who completes a test. Compensation can be in the form of a check, Amazon gift card, or donations of specific items (i.e., playground equipment). 

Hogrefe Publishing Corporation is offering a unique learning opportunity for university programs across the United States specializing in school psychology, school counseling, social work, speech-language pathology, clinical psychology, special education, and related disciplines. Hogrefe’s seasoned staff will provide your program with project test kits, training on how to administer our tests, and guidance in scoring. In return, your university program will recruit examiners, administer the tests, and collect data for use in our piloting, standardization, and research projects. Programs will be responsible for providing testing space, identifying, and testing participants, and securing all associated permissions. Examiners will further develop their skills as practitioners and gain access to data for use in their academic publications and presentations. Grant money will be awarded to participating programs and can be used at the discretion of the university.
